By accessing and using the Costco Tracker application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. This Service is provided exclusively for authorized internal business use by Kayco and its affiliates.

2. Authorized Use

Access to this Service is restricted to authorized personnel only. You must have a valid account approved by an administrator. You agree to use the Service solely for legitimate business purposes related to Costco and BJs distribution tracking.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. Notify an administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter into the system. This includes commitments, bookings, item information, and any other records. Inaccurate data entry may affect business operations and reporting.

5. Confidentiality

All data within this Service is confidential business information. You must not share, export, or disclose any data from the Service to unauthorized parties. All information should be treated as proprietary and confidential.

6. Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Termination

Access to the Service may be revoked at any time by an administrator without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights granted under these terms cease immediately.
